What you will need
Cedar boards cut to 1.5” at a thickness of 3/4”
Pine boards cut to 1.5” at a thickness of 3/4”
Hickory plank large enough to create the starred area
2’x4’ sheet of 1/4” plywood (2)
1”x4” boards for the frame
Piano hinge
Soft close drawer slides
Magnetic locking mechanism
Polyethylene Foam
How to do this project

Determine your desired dimensions

Build frame and divide compartments

Notch stripes so they interlock like shiplap boards

Glue and screw stars and stripes to plywood
5
Add reinforced pieces to support drawer slides and mount slides

Mount Stars and Stripes on drawer slides and piano hinges
