Hi . I'm from Canada and oddly enough even though we follow temperatures in Celsius we tend to cook and bake in Fahrenheit. I suppose because we have access to so many US cooking shows? Anyways 325 f converts to approx 162.7 c. I will make sure I put both in any recipies I post. Sorry for the confusion.
