This looks like a great recipe. Ibam going to try it with ALL the different tortillas that we have available here in Miami and try to update you guys on which one is the best. I loved the idea...its just that as someone who eats a different variety of the tortilla known to the general American audience which is the Mexican version which is also very commercialized industrialized. My auestion to the chef is...what kind of tortilla did you use? I wanna try that one! Question & comment please!

Hi Gabriel... I don't remember the brand of this tortilla I used. I just remember it's a whole wheat flour tortilla.

I made it in the microwave. I covered the tortilla with cheese and nuked for 2.5min to make it crispy. Added topping and nuked again to melt the cheese. No mess
