I like the yuba a lot. It is tofu skin, leftover from the tofu making process. Do you know where to find it in your city? I can have the recipe translated to Polish as well if that helps.

I was looking for a quick lunch and had all the ingredients (just regular mushrooms) Tasted nice. I added a tiny bit of toban djan chilli bean sauce for a tiny lift. I just love using yuba - for these "noodle" type dishes I use them in long dried sticks that I soak first. Great recipe. Thanks!
