I actually just thought I was typing it up for myself. Didn't realise it wanted to publish until the end and then I thought, what the heck, may as well. I've made the soup many times now and think that's about the best I've done. Looking forward to my lunch! 😁

haha, the recipe still looks great though. Do you make this often? I made a vegan pea soup the other day. It was great. I did miss the pork a little though :)
