Cool! Thank you! I will try this dish soon. I think to skip the sauce part and treat it more like a fried chicken. Some recipes I see for this dish are popping the sauce.

Where is a good place to find/buy the Indian spices??

Sorry for the delayed reply. You can find most spices at the supermarket, but if you can find a local Indian grocery, you'll probably find better quality ingredients that are less expensive. The most difficult spice may be the kashmiri chili. But you can just substitute korean chili flakes or standard chili powder. I do recommend finding a bag of the kashmiri chili though for sure. It's a special flavor. You can find it online though and just get it shipped to you.
